• Services: The Age Of Swords blockchain-based NFT gaming platform offered through our website https://playaos.vercel.app/ and mobile applications.
• NFTs: Non-fungible tokens acquired, used, or traded within the Services.
• Blockchain: The distributed ledger technology underlying the Services.
• Wallet: A digital wallet used to store, manage, and transfer NFTs and cryptocurrencies.
• User Account: The account registered by you to access the Services.
• Virtual Items: Digital assets within the game, including NFTs and in-game currency.

2. Form of Agreement and Interpretation

These Terms of Use are binding upon your acceptance. They govern your use of the Services and form an agreement between you and Team AOS. They shall not be construed against Team AOS due to drafting. Singular includes plural, and references to laws include amendments or replacements.

3. License

Team AOS grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use. You may not modify, reverse engineer, use commercially without consent, transfer the license, or use automated tools to interact with the Services.

4. Account Registration and Username

You must register a User Account with accurate information. Usernames must not be offensive or infringe rights. Team AOS may modify or remove usernames and terminate accounts at its discretion.

5. Passwords and Access

You are responsible for securing your User Account and Wallet credentials. Notify Team AOS immediately of any unauthorized access. You bear all responsibility for activities under your account.

6. Virtual Items and NFTs

Virtual Items are licensed for use within the Services, not owned, except for NFTs. NFTs acquired confer ownership of the token, with underlying content licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Blockchain transactions are final, and Team AOS is not liable for related losses or risks.

7. Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to blockchain, NFTs, and cryptocurrencies, in your use of the Services.

8. User Content & Posting Policy

If the Services allow posting content, it must not be abusive, illegal, or infringe rights. You grant Team AOS a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it. We may remove objectionable content.

9. Image Policy

Uploaded images must be owned by you or permitted, and not obscene or infringing. You grant Team AOS a license to use them within the Services.

10. Support, Updates, Alterations, Discontinuation

Team AOS may provide support, updates, or modify/discontinue the Services at its discretion without notice or liability.

11. Use of Data

We may collect technical data to improve the Services. Blockchain data (e.g., Wallet address) is public and permanent by nature, and you consent to this.

12. Loss of Data

Team AOS is not liable for loss of Virtual Items, NFTs, or data due to technical or blockchain issues.

13. No Representations and Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Liability

Team AOS’ liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding any amount you paid us, excluding indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Team AOS against claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms of Use.

16. No Partnership or Agency

These Terms of Use do not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and Team AOS.

17. Breach and Remedies

Upon your breach, Team AOS may seek injunctive relief or other remedies in addition to legal rights.

18. Term and Termination

These Terms of Use are effective until terminated. Team AOS may terminate your access for any reason, including breach, with immediate effect.

19. Miscellaneous

Notifications may be sent to your User Account email. You may not assign these Terms of Use without consent. No waiver occurs from non-enforcement. Invalid provisions do not affect others. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION].
